「永家洗衣」為客戶提供專業上門收、送洗衣服務。客戶以WhatsApp, Signal或電話落單，敝司在1-2小時內確認到訪時間。收送香港、九龍及新界區。3至5天送回衣物。馬灣、大嶼山及離島暫無服務。

Vision Laundry

“Vision Laundry” provides professional Home pick up and delivery Laundry Service. Customer places order via WhatsApp, Signal or Telephone, collection schedule will be confirmed within 1-2 hours. Service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. Return of cleaned items within 3-5 days. Ma Wan, Lantau and Outlying Islands are not covered.

We provide commercial grade, hotel-grade, medical-grade, uniform laundry services.

廠房實力 Strategic Alliance

合作伙伴於本港設6萬呎廠房，450人專業團隊，引入第5代環保乾洗機，減少乾洗油 (四氯乙烯) 在空氣中揮發及損耗，效果顯著，完全符合香港環保署要求。

Our Hong Kong factory occupies 60,000 sf of space with a professional crew of 450 members. We are using the 5th generation environmental friendly dry cleaning machines to reduce evaporation of the dry cleaning agent (perchloroethylene) and improve efficiency. All meet the requirements of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department.

使用條款

(1) 每次最低消費$350起，加享9折優惠。
(2) 付款方式：貴客收到電子賬單後，於送貨前直接銀行過戶。
(3) 存倉數量不設上限。磅洗及皮革，恕不代存。
(4) 存放期為4至6個月。延期存衣倉費，每件每天$2。
(5) 貴客衣物如有遺失、或任何形式及程度之損壞，敝司最高賠償為該件衣物洗衣價5倍，此外免責。

Terms of use

(1) Minimum charge HK$350 per order, all with 10% courtesy discount.
(2) Payment via direct bank transfer upon issuance of digital receipt and before delivery of cleaned laundry.
(3) No limit on the number of clothing storage but not available for water laundry, bedding and leather items.
(4) Storage period: 4-6 months. HK$2 per item per day will be charged upon lapse of 6 months period from the date of invoice.
(5) A maximum of 5 times money compensation of the laundry charge of respective items will be offered for any loss or damage of any sort to any laundry item. Other responsibilities thereby relieved.
